Motivate yourself using money. When you open the eyes from your sleep and you feel so lazy to get up, or even feel lazy to go to the office, think about how important your work which requires much of energy and time were not as small as you do. Today I have found some ways to increase the motivation within ourselves through various media. Primacy in the development of this motivation is not far from what we do every day. With some understanding of its own, a habit a habit that we do it can be a powerful weapon for improving emotional health. Well, from all that I have concluded there are 5 ways for us to increase motivation, here it is :
 
1. Self Reflect. 
When we are having plan to doing somethings good our\self. There must be an any goal to do. Then, what is the goal? What are our doing working as well as our wish? Well, Take out some paper and pencil, then start putting our destinity on paper. List of our destinity is our dream. The self motivation is dare to dream and belive that passion that we once had for our business.
2. Music. 
Well, weo know that music good for our brain. To start increase a bit of motivate. Find and play our mp3 player and start the song that can fires our brain into high frequence gear and gets our blood pumping. Start dancing on our feet in the street or wherever. Enjoy the feeling and let ourself get increase up in the good feeling.
3. Read.
Read some books or magazines that inspire ourself certainly make some motivation. By enjoy and contains  our articles or profiles of other business owners that will automatically inspire orself.
4. Journal. 
Read some journal entries and look it for patterns of what or who causes us to doubt ourself. The identify of the culprit we can design an action destinaty to not allow ourself to be affected by the Negative thingking.
5. Exercise. 
Nothing is going to motivate us is faster than lacing up our running shoes. Exercise is going better to get those endorphins working. The endorphins are manufactured in our body and are usually referred to as nature as morphine. Well, working up sweat will elevate our mood in a very healthy manner.
